Blueberry Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 473.176 pint milliliter Fresh Blueberries
1 236.588 cup milliliter Bran
1 236.588 cup milliliter Graham Cracker
1⁄2 118.294 cup milliliter All Purpose Flour
2 29.5736 tablespoon milliliter Whole Wheat Flour
1 1 Egg
3⁄4 177.441 cup milliliter Milk
1⁄3 78.86266666666666 cup milliliter Vegetable Oil
1⁄4 59.147 cup milliliter Honey
1⁄4 59.147 cup milliliter Brown Sugar
1 4.92892 teaspoon milliliter Baking Soda
1⁄2 2.46446 teaspoon milliliter Vanilla
1⁄4 1.23223 teaspoon milliliter Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Crush graham crackers into fine pieces.
Step 2
Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate mixing bowls.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients into wet mixing bowl in small portions. Mix lightly between adding each portion.
Step 4
Fold in blueberries using a large spoon.
Note
To make strawberry muffins, cut berries into small pieces and dehydrate in oven prior to adding to batter.
Step 5
Split into a muffin tray and bake 350°F for 20 minutes.
